Please read the following before moving on to the actual eAppointment system, so that we can provide you with services which meet your expectation for the day. You will not be able to come back to this page whilst in the middle of making an online booking.
* Existing patient with a current Treatment Plan, eg. fillings to be done, denture to be made, root canal treatment --- please ring us for an appropriate appointment length. eAppointment is unfortunately not suitable.
* Medicare's Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS) --- please provide us with Medicare Card details, including expiry date, prior to the appointment. We are required to double check with the Department regarding your child's eligibility. You can
write it in the “Additional Notes” box,
call us at 9098 6488 during office hours.
If you fail to provide Medicare Card details prior to the appointment, standard private fees will apply.
